Sold in individual strips. Once soaked and stretched, 1 strip is typically long enough to back one bow as shown in the video at the bottom of the page. We do recommend ordering 2 strips if you do not plan on stretching or have a very long bow.

These full length Whitetail deer rawhide bow backing strips are approximately 3″ wide and 35-45″ long. These are to be soaked in luke warm water, scraped and stretched before applying with Titebond 3 wood glue. Typically each strip is long enough once stretched to back a 66-68″ long bow. There is a video at the bottom of the page to help you through the backing process just like we do here at HuntPrimitive.
