Returns policy on general products is as follows. Returns on general products must be announced within 7 days of the delivery date. (Changing your mind a month later will not be accepted)
Fully customized pieces (such as highly altered designs in quivers, bags, arrows, etc, will be subject to a non-refundable 15% customization fee. While I may be able to resell the product, remember that the substantial time to discuss, plan, and custom build a product specific to your needs is a service not a product. Buyer also pays shipping both directions. If the product is clearly defective, then Gill’s Primitive Archery will cover shipping charges and repair/replacement costs.
General, non-customized pieces that are defective may be returned for repair or replacement at the cost of Gill’s P.A. If a buyer changes their mind or wishes to return a non-defective item for personal reasons, action must be taken within 7 days of the delivery date. These returns are at the expense of the buyer. Shipping will not be reimbursed for non-defective returns or alterations.
Return to Sender: Most packages are left at locations but some expensive items will require a signature and are held for 15 days at the USPS office ready for pickup. Packages not claimed, or “unable to deliver” and are returned to me will require additional re-shipping charges before I will return packages. If you know you won’t be able to accept a package, plan ahead. The extra charges will be the exact amount listed on the package at first shipping, regardless of the flat rate cost charged on my website.
